Kelley is a thirty-plus year veteran in the financial services industry with extensive experience in estate and life insurance planning, investments and wealth management.
Over the last three decades Kelley has seen the financial services industry from many perspectives. He has been a member of large investment advisory companies and smaller “boutique” advisory firms. No matter what size the organization, the key is to have the right team of advisors working in concert together to meet the client’s objectives. This is why Kelley now enjoys his essential position with SG Financial Services, LLC. His philosophy fits perfectly with our overall value proposition – The Holistic Advantage. He very much embraces the importance of having the tax expertise and other professionals under the same roof.
Kelley has the unique ability to see the “big picture” and then to make complex solutions easy to understand as well as implement. While he serves as a financial planning generalist, he also offers expert counsel in the field of life insurance. He takes great pride in providing guidance in an area that is often confusing and conflicted. This involves providing sophisticated estate and wealth transfer planning to individuals, assistance in evaluating product options, underwriting large and complex life insurance cases, and consulting on complicated tax issues relating to life insurance.
Kelley received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1982. He is a member of The Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriters and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Central Ohio Youth for Christ. Kelley and his wife Mary are recent empty-nesters. Their 3 grown children (2 married) live close. He and Mary host a high school home study group and are members of Xenos Christian Fellowship.
